Spectrum Wireless, Inc. and Automated Control Concepts, Inc. Announce Cooperative Marketing Agreement; Agreement Provides Collaboration in Wireless IP Routing Space

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 1, 2001--Spectrum Wireless, Inc., a leading developer of wireless IP routers, today announced the execution of a cooperative marketing agreement with Automated Control Concepts, Inc., a provider of automation and information technology solutions for manufacturing firms.

The agreement allows Spectrum Wireless to jointly market its products in the wireless IP routing space together with Automated Control Concepts and includes representation of each company’s products by sales forces, joint exhibits at trade shows, banners, Web sites, and other related activities.
