 Adam
Sewall, CEO
Mr. Sewall previously served as V.P. Marketing and Business Development
at Trivnet, an Internet infrastructure provider, and was responsible
for building and managing marketing joint ventures, investor relations
and business development. Prior to joining Trivnet, Mr. Sewall had
been the V.P. of Marketing and Sales at Mondial LTD, a consulting
firm focusing on providing strategic and technology solutions for
various business practices. He also has experience with Omnipoint
Communications as Director of Strategic Planning as one of the founding
directors and Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile Communications Company
as a General Manager. Mr. Sewall has extensive background in developing
sales strategies and multiple distribution to ISPs, telecommunications
companies and Fortune 1000 businesses. He received his BS in Business
Management from The State University of New York as well as completing
numerous graduate programs at Columbia University, NYU and Rutgers.

Madison, CFO
Mr. Madison served as CEO and Acting CFO of LinksTime.com, a leading
ASP/e-commerce company in the golf industry. He led LinksTime's
successful $3.5 million "concept proving" financing round while
the company launched its Web site in four months, beating two more
highly-capitalized competitors to the market by several months.
Mr. Madison was also co-founder, co-CEO and acting CFO of Ride Snowboards
and led Ride through its initial seed capitalization, a successful
initial public offering in May 1994 and subsequent secondary offering
in August 1995. He brings vast experience having run finance, operations,
and corporate development for SonnenBraune, Inc., AEI Music Network,
and SCA Wolff System. Previously, he was an Associate at the Seattle
law firm of Bogle & Gates. Mr. Madison earned his J.D. and MBA
degrees from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, and
received his BS in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance)
from the Haas School of Business at the University of California,
Berkeley.

Cheng , Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Cheng brings over 18 years of management and engineering experience
in the telecommunications and wireless industries most recently
as Vice President of Engineering with Rapid5 Networks, where he
was responsible for software and hardware architecture, design,
development, planning, testing, and scheduling of product development.
Prior to that, Mr. Cheng served as Vice President, Fixed Wireless
Services Network Implementation with AT&T Wireless Services
and was involved with AT&T's Project Angel. Mr. Cheng has held
numerous positions within the telecommunications industry to include
Qualcomm, Motorola, and NORTEL Networks. He received his BSEE and
MSEE from the University of Toronto and Southern Methodist University,
respectively, and his MBA from the University of Texas.

LaPlante, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ms. LaPlante has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications
and data communications industries most recently as Director of
Marketing with Advanced Radio Telecom, a provider of broadband fixed
wireless services. Ms. LaPlante also brings extensive background
in sales management and marketing strategies having previously worked
with WinStar Communications and MCIWorldCom. Her expertise in these
areas has included e-commerce marketing strategy, sales and marketing
management, and multimedia Web development within the wireless LMDS,
frame relay, Web hosting, and local dial tone segments. In her career,
she has managed to lead teams to production levels exceeding 200%
of target levels consistently. She received both her BSBA in Management
Information Systems and her MBA in Marketing from the University
of Colorado.

Beller
Executive Vice President of Technology & Vice Chairman of
Tradeworx. Mr. Beller joined Tradeworx, a business-to-business supplier
of investment decision-support platforms to online, offline, prime,
and futures brokerages, in April 1999 and serves as Executive Vice
President of Technology and Vice Chairman. Mr. Beller is responsible
for overseeing the technology organizations of Tradeworx, its subsidiaries,
and affiliates. He has significant experience in software engineering,
systems integration, technology management, networking and telecommunications.
Before joining Tradeworx, he was the founder, President, and CEO
of Beller Technology Associates, an Internet/ systems integration
firm and was a co-founder, VP, and Board Member of PenVision Information
Systems. Mr. Beller began his career at Bellcore (Bell Communications
Research) as a Senior Engineer and received his MS, Electrical Engineering
from Columbia in 1988.
Jeremy
Lansman
Co-founder of Fireweed Communications-KYES, a UPN affiliate,
Mr. Lansman has created wireless commercial and public broadcast
stations over the last 25 years. KYES was built from the ground
up and is now a major and highly profitable commercial television
station in Anchorage, Alaska. Mr. Lansman is an expert in antennas
and interference issues, and has provided guidance on wireless and
FCC regulation issues since the inception of Spectrum Wireless.
Steven
Warwick
Mr. Warwick's experience spans the areas of broadband ATM/TDM telecommunications
access equipment design; broadband wireless telecommunication systems
technology and business planning; and RF/microwave telecommunications
equipment design. He has held numerous executive level positions
throughout his career to include expertise at the CTO level as well
as VP of Engineering, VP of Marketing, and Product Strategy. Mr.
Warwick began his career at Hewlett-Packard and his expertise spans
research, development, and strategic responsibilities with Harris
Corporation, Wavtrace, WebCel Communications, and General Instrument/Next
Level Communications. Mr. Warwick received his BSEE from the University
of California in Berkeley specializing in analog system design and
his MSEE from the California Institute of Technology specializing
in statistical spectral analysis, digital signal processing, and
optical and microwave theory and techniques.

Poepperl, Co-Founder
Mr. Poepperl served as CTO of Spectrum Wireless. He was previously
General Manager of TAL Alaska Wireless where he led implementation
of wireless ISP services, point-to-point wireless private lines
and wireless LANs. Previously, he was Data Network Manager for the
municipality of Anchorage responsible for over 100 LANs, and designed,
configured and installed LANs, WANs and MANs. Earlier he developed
the Network Services division for General Communications, Inc.

Ferguson, Co-Founder
Mr. Ferguson served as Director of Research and Development for
Spectrum Wireless. Previously, he has 10 years of experience in
the computer industry, working for TAL Alaska Wireless, British
Petroleum, Arco and GCI. He brings an extensive knowledge in hardware
systems, programming and design experience, and has a wide range
of experience in wireless networking, networking services, and developing
links.
Joseph
Schocken
Mr. Schocken is the founder and Chairman of Broadmark Capital
Corporation. He is a director of Broadmark Asset Management Company,
and the head of Broadmark Capital's Corporate Finance Group. Prior
to forming Broadmark in 1987, Mr. Schocken was a partner in several
private investment banking firms, including a small New York Stock
Exchange member firm where he managed the Corporate Finance and
Real Estate departments. Mr. Schocken is a director of Universal
Access, Inc. and serves as an advisor and/or mentor to the CEOs
of a number of Broadmark's portfolio companies. He is an active
private investor, primarily in the technology field, and has played
a pivotal role in the growth of a number of significant enterprises.
Mr. Schocken is an honors graduate of the University of Washington
and holds an MBA from Harvard University.
